Hastings Diesels, in partnership with Hastings Lions, is running a special trip to London for The Lord Mayor’s Show, in aid of The Observer’s Appeal for a New Ward at St. Michael’s Hospice, St. Leonards-on-Sea.
Our train will pick up at the usual stations to Tonbridge, then set down at London Bridge for any Christmas shoppers, and terminate at Cannon Street in time to get a good view of the procession. There is a Firework Display from 1700 to 1800 and the train will leave at 1900.
There is a number of attractions that can be visited between the end of the procession and the firework show: The London’s Transport Museum at Covent Garden; The Musuem of London; St. Paul’s Cathedral; HM Tower of London; The Bank of England; and others as described on The Lord Mayor’s Show website.
These are the final timings as received from Network Rail.
